As an active Real Estate Investor himself and managing listings for institutional clients, Alex brings in value for individual and institutional investors through an inhouse developed metrics with respect to returns, operational risks, long term costs etc.
Alex started his career in energy commodities (electricity and natural gas) offering risk management solutions to commercial & industrial wholesale consumers pertaining to energy procurement, contract negotiation, energy auditing, market monitoring and energy infrastructure investments and more. As an energy industry veteran setting up supply shops for F-500 energy companies (Sempra Energy, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Noble Energy), Azhar brings in expertise from the supply side of the equation (deriving inefficiencies in the power markets for large C/I electricity consumers). As an Energy Costing & Cost Analytics professional, Having closed multiple transactions in residential and commercial real estate, Azhar is currently running avenues on intersecting energy projects with large commercial real estate transactions.
